NeuraPBX
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
This policy covers neurapbx.com, our early-access teaser site. We collect only what we need to run the waitlist, and we don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Your email address — only when you choose to join the early-access waitlist.
- Basic request data — your IP address, browser user-agent, and a timestamp, collected automatically when you submit the form. We use these solely to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To email you when early access opens (a small number of messages — no marketing spam).
- To protect the waitlist from bots and abusive submissions.
Third-party services
We rely on a few trusted providers to operate the site:
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and stores waitlist entries. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to silently verify that visitors are human and block bots. Turnstile may process device and browsing signals to make that determination. Your use of it is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Resend — delivers the confirmation and early-access emails we send to you.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may store a small token in your browser strictly to perform its bot check.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until early access launches, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. Abuse-prevention data is kept only briefly.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time. To unsubscribe or request deletion, email privacy@neurapbx.com and we'll take care of it.
